Initial enquiries should be directed towards your nearest Orient-Express Sales Team via our Quotations Form. Orient-Express Sales are aware of availability and can quote accordingly and help with promotional materials.
The Sales Team are happy to support you at the client presentation. This will show the strength of the relationship between yourselves and your suppliers and will also enable us to pass on our first hand knowledge and experience to help win the business.
The Orient-Express Operations Team will liase with you on the finer details of the group, e.g. menus and dietary requirements, once the booking is confirmed and will be your day-to-day contact until departure. They will discuss all your requests with the Train Manager and his on board team to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Inspection Trips
If you are organising a large group or overnight charter, we will be happy to arrange an inspection trip. Not only will this give you the opportunity to see and experience all the facilities on board and enable you to predict the group's needs but also allows you to meet the key on board staff.
If you do take an inspection trip, a charge of 50% off the retail fare (maximum 2 passengers) is made and this will be credited against your final billing.
