Easter on the Rooftop at Gigi Rigolatto Roma

Surrounded by breathtaking views of the Eternal City, Gigi Rigolatto Roma celebrates Easter by reinterpreting Roman tradition with seasonal ingredients. An exquisite menu, available on April 5th and 6th 2026, enriches the à la carte offerings, featuring signature delicacies such as the rich Tortello coratella with artichokes and cacio e pepe and delicious Baccalà with puntarelle. For a finale of sweet creations, opt for the Colomba with zabaglione sauce or the Dark Chocolate Easter Egg with vanilla ice cream and gianduja sauce. 

Special spring-inspired cocktails, Amber Glow and Spring Blossom, perfectly accompany the experience at the Bellini Bar, celebrating the awakening of the season.

The view

“The true star here is Rome,” says Hugo Toro. His subtle, character-rich design embraces the space without stealing the spotlight from the eternal city. In the foreground, terracotta rooftops and the Pantheon’s dome. In the distance, the Vittoriano rises in white marble splendor; the unmistakable cupola of St. Peter’s Basilica crowns the horizon.

By day, the city glows with architectural clarity, each line carved in luminous detail. At sunset, Rome ignites in gold and rose, like a fresco comes alive. The terrace itself is open and generous, with every table soaking in sky and spectacle, some so perfectly framed, they feel destined for a romantic chapter. Bellini Bar

Inspired by the great bars of Milan and the parlors of Venice, it’s an intimate hideaway with just fourteen seats. Here, aperitivo becomes an art form. Naturally, Bellinis lead the menu, but there are also floral Negronis, bergamot-infused signatures, and basil-scented creations. Tradition is honoured, invention welcomed, supported by an impassioned team behind the bar.

The soundtrack drifts through eras and styles, Italian jazz, vintage bossa nova, golden hits, setting the tone for stolen hours and spontaneous toasts. Whether among old friends or new faces, this is where la Dolce Vita takes flight. Yes, the Bellini Bar has a soul and the right vibe.
