This season, La Minerva Bar presents a bespoke menu of dishes conceived by Paolino Capri, inspired by Mediterranean freshness and refinement. Available seven days a week until the 26th of April, from lunch to late evening, Paolino Capri x Orient Express La Minerva unfolds at an unhurried pace, inviting you to linger, savor, and travel through flavor.

At La Minerva Bar, set within the refined halls of Orient Express La Minerva, shades of yellow and green shape a luminous, welcoming atmosphere. Paolino Capri expresses a vision of luxury rooted in continuity, simplicity, and emotion, celebrating the great classics of Caprese tradition through honest cuisine, deep respect for ingredients, and exceptional quality.
La Minerva Bar extends this philosophy. Bathed in natural light beneath its glass ceiling, it offers a serene retreat within the Eternal City. Tables are adorned with bespoke ceramics by Lino di Paolino and works by renowned Caprese artist, Sergio Rubino, creating a harmonious dialogue between nature and the vibrant aesthetics of the Mediterranean.
The taste of Capri, reimagined in Rome
The experience opens with dishes that echo the lemon grove. Signature starters include Mozzarella grigliata su foglie di limone di Paolino and the famous Bomba Paolino with fresh tomato and basil. Pasta takes center stage with Caprese Ravioli and Lemon Fettuccine paired with Sicilian red prawn, expressions of simplicity elevated through craft. Seafood, grilled meats scented with rosemary and lemon, and beloved southern Italian desserts, like Torta Caprese, Delizia al limone con fragoline di bosco, and Pastiera napoletana, all complemented by the unmistakable Paolino Limoncello.

The cocktail menu translates Paolino Capri's Mediterranean soul into a refined language of mixology, crafted exclusively for La Minerva Bar. A selection of signature cocktails evokes the aromas, colors, and scents of the Island: Essenza di Capri, featuring the notes of Limoncello, Altamura Vodka, citrus cordial, cucumber, and sparkling wine; and La Dolce Isola, a tribute to basil and cedar with Tanqueray Ten and Venturo Aperitivo Mediterraneo.
