BVI Private Island & Iconic Saint-Barth

Sailing from charming San Juan in Porto Rico, your voyage opens in the gentle embrace of its Creole shores. The following day, you will head to iconic St. Barth, often described as the Saint‑Tropez of the Caribbean, where pristine beaches, a vibrant seasonal atmosphere, and an unmistakable sense of style define its singular allure. You will then set course for Virgin Gorda in the BVIs, where towering granite boulders sculpt secret pools, caves, and sun‑dappled tunnels at the Baths.

After this exceptional interlude, your course leads you to a Sailing & Marina day* around St-Kitts in Nevis, before guiding you toward Marigot, the French capital of St. Martin. You may find yourself wishing this voyage had no end.

*Marina day is subject to the Master’s approval and favorable weather conditions.

  • San Juan, Puerto Rico

Gateway to the Caribbean, San Juan is one of the most captivating historic cities in the New World. Within the centuries-old walls of Old San Juan, cobblestone streets wind past pastel-colored façades, wrought-iron balconies and sun-drenched plazas. Perched above the Atlantic, the imposing fortresses of El Morro and San Cristóbal stand as powerful reminders of the island’s strategic role in the Spanish Empire. Today, history and Caribbean vibrancy blend effortlessly: golden beaches lie just beyond the city walls, while music drifts through lively streets and restaurants celebrate the island’s rich culinary traditions. In San Juan, colonial grandeur meets the unmistakable rhythm and warmth of the Caribbean.

  • St. Barth, A Jewel on the Azure Sea

Measuring a mere 10 kilometers long and four wide, Saint-Barthélemy could have remained a hidden pearl in the Caribbean. But when David Rockefeller built a retreat here in 1957, followed by JFK in the 1960s, this exquisite island quietly became a secret haven for the world’s elite. Arriving by sea, red-tiled roofs and lush palm-fringed hills frame Gustavia’s harbor, where yachts drift beside sailboats in serene harmony. The capital exudes the charm of Saint-Tropez, yet with a Caribbean twist. Whether you are leisurely browsing luxury boutiques and emerging designer stores, or strolling to the Place de la Rétrocession, in flip-flops or in heels, iconic St. Barth offers a blissful blend of effortless beauty, sun-drenched scenery, and unforgettable style.

  • Virgin Gorda, Sculpted by the Sea

Set like a jewel in the vibrant blue waters of the BVIs, Virgin Gorda is nature's quiet rebel: untamed yet refined, wild yet welcoming. At its heart lie the Baths, an otherworldly labyrinth where ancient granite boulders rise from the sea, forming tidal pools, grottoes, and sun-dappled chambers. Worn smooth by millennia, these sculptural stones create intimate sanctuaries where shadow meets light. Beyond, Virgin Gorda reveals pristine beaches, crystalline waters, and hillside views untouched by overdevelopment—an island where luxury is measured in space, privacy, and profound connection to something timeless.

  • Sailing day

There are days when the destination gently fades into the horizon, giving way to the simple pleasure of the journey itself. As the sails unfurl and the yacht glides effortlessly across crystalline waters, time slows to the rhythm of the wind and the sea, inviting moments of quiet contemplation, leisurely indulgence, and uninterrupted connection with the Caribbean's natural beauty.

Subject to the Captain's approval and favorable weather conditions, the experience may be elevated by the opening of the Marina. Extending gracefully over the water, this exclusive platform offers privileged access to the sea, where a collection of curated water activities—from paddleboarding and snorkeling to electric boards and water skiing—awaits, alongside moments of pure relaxation by the water's edge.

  • Marigot, Creole Elegance

Legend has it that in 1648, the French and the Dutch divided the island now known as Saint Martin and Sint Maarten, by scurrying off in opposite directions from a central point, claiming terrain as they walked. Spend a delightful day surveying the result as you explore Marigot, capital of the northern French half, brimming with colonial houses and bustling markets offering Creole charm and irresistible codfish fritters. Make your way up to the ruins of Fort Louis for majestic bay views and a peek at Anguilla out on the horizon. Further north, the tiny, traditional lolo restaurants of Grand Case dish out authentic fare and convivial spirit. While down on the Dutch side, casinos and duty-free bring a different kind of vibrancy to the island spirit, as do the white sands and lazy turquoise waves of Mullet Bay.
