With Corinthian, Orient Express proposes a different way of travelling by sea, freer, more intimate, more attentive to the rhythms of sailing and guided by favourable winds. The yacht reflects a modern philosophy of exceptional navigation.

Corinthian, A Place in Itself

Her bow already invites the journey. Orient Express Corinthian is a sailing yacht that naturally draws the eye. With her three masts and slender hull, her silhouette is unmistakable.

Conceived as an exceptional hotel in motion, the sailing yacht moves from one of the world’s most beautiful ports to another.

On board, the interiors are imagined by architect Maxime d’Angeac, Artistic Director of Orient Express. The yacht houses 54 suites whose generous proportions, bespoke interiors in Riviera tones and wide openings onto the horizon evoke the elegance of grand voyages.

Five restaurants, each with its own atmosphere, are overseen by multi-Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno, turning gastronomy into another journey altogether.

The marina and four passenger decks open constantly onto the sea and the horizon.

Sailing as Experience

To travel under sail changes the perception of the journey. The movement of the vessel, the tension of the sails and the breath of the wind restore a direct dialogue with the sea.

Ports of call follow this search for sensation and stillness. Arrivals are scheduled in the middle of the morning, between nine and ten, allowing destinations to appear slowly from the water. Mornings lengthen; breakfast is taken as the coastline gradually comes into view.

The route follows the shoreline, revealing reliefs and landscapes, cities appearing first through their maritime façade. Before the ship reaches port, the sea has already offered its own reading of the landscape.

A New Rhythm of Cruising

The itineraries favour shorter, more flexible stays. Voyages last one, two, three or four nights, a format that allows travel to adapt to desire rather than the other way around.

Some calls include overnight stays in port, offering the chance to experience destinations in their evening atmosphere and to prolong discovery beyond the day.

With just 54 suites, service faithful to the long traditions of Orient Express hospitality and deliberately concise itineraries, Orient Express Corinthian proposes a more contemporary vision of travel at sea.

Here, the sailing yacht becomes the destination.
