Venice and Tuscany, in the Winter

The journey begins at Roma Ostiense station, where the La Dolce Vita lounge welcomes guests into an elegant and intimate setting before departure. From here, the train leaves the Eternal City behind, setting out on a three-day itinerary through some of Italy’s most characteristic landscapes. The first destination is Bolgheri, reached by travelling through the Tuscan countryside, among vineyards and roads lined with cypress trees. The village appears quietly, with understated architecture and peaceful corners that reflect its close connection to the land. As evening arrives, La Dolce Vita Orient Express continues north towards Venice. Upon arrival, the city unfolds through canals, reflections, and hidden passages.
As dusk settles over the lagoon, the train departs once again, crossing the Italian landscape through the night, where the journey itself becomes part of the experience. The following morning, La Dolce Vita Orient Express arrives in Florence, cradle of the Renaissance, where art and architecture shape the rhythm of the city. In the late afternoon, the journey resumes towards Rome, as warm evening light follows the train back to the Eternal City, bringing an unforgettable experience to its close.
